Dr. Le was born in Vietnam and migrated to Virginia with his family in 1993, where he has lived ever since. He attended Annandale High School and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from George Mason University. After writing computer code for a while, Dr. Le decided to pursue a career as a dentist. He then graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 2008 and began his dental career in 2009.
Dr. Le believes in technology to bring more quality and predictability to his treatment. He is also a firm believer in the idiom “practice makes perfect.” Over a decade, he has taken numerous continuing education courses to advance his surgical and full-mouth reconstruction skills. He has successfully performed thousands of dental implant procedures, as well as E.max ceramic veneers, crowns, and bridges. He was awarded one of the best 40 dentists in America under 40 years old in 2016.
Dr. Le is a seasoned boater. He enjoys cruising and fishing along the beautiful Potomac River and Chesapeake Bay with friends and family on the weekend. He has four daughters and hopes they will follow in his footsteps one day.
Santos has designed and fabricated thousands of custom, beautiful, all-ceramic E.max crowns over the past 15 years.

I broke my front tooth and the thought that I could not smile to the clients of my small business was horrifying. Dr. Ali saved me from embarrassment by doing her best to set the appointment very next day and put an excellent temporary crown that fitted so well as it was a permanent tooth. I needed to pull out one of my teeth and then have an implant for it. My tooth had some infection but the doctor extracted it so quickly and then decided that he could put the implant for me because he put some antibiotics on it. It was painless and fast. Ed Rooney957 days agoCall the office or around 11 AM on Saturday morning March 9, 2024. Gentleman at front desk could not have been more accommodating. I said I have some serious pain on the right side of my face right below the ear. Normally on Saturday my feeling was, sorry can’t get you in, we would like to go home at some point in the day. Lol. He put me on a hold for about a minute, came back and said come in at 12 PM, 1 PM and the doctor will take care of you. Doctor could not have been any more pleasant took the x-rays and found out what the problem was. Highly recommend them. Paul Odyssey (Paul Odyssey)1594 days agoLong story short: These guys are crazy good, they treat you like an adult, no swelling or pain after 4 wisdom teeth removals, Dr. Le is especially magic. Story time: I had let my bottom left wisdom tooth completely deteriorate, which is to say I was constantly in pain, and I needed to take pain medication 24/7 to eat, sleep, focus: I couldn’t function. So obviously, I needed to do something about it. (Note: their dentistry office has a great atmosphere; Clean, friendly staff, had calming guitar music. You'll be impressed as they sit you down for treatment.) But here comes a spot of trouble: When you get your wisdom tooth extracted here, they show you a bill prior to treatment, so you know what you’re getting into, which is nice. However, I was a worried because there was something unfamiliar listed called a “collagen plug”, which was optional and raised the price of the treatment. So naturally, I wanted to ask questions. However, the friendly dentist was not only willing to have a full conversation, with pauses to explain medical terminology and reasoning, but also patiently answer skeptical follow-up questions. I felt like I had learned something by the end, and the fact that he was willing to explain all that to me made me feel like I was being treated like an adult, which I liked, rather than some “customer” to be placated by medical buzzwords or jargon. And the following treatment expertise was just masterful. As when I agreed to the treatment, including the collagen plug, the whole process took less than 30 minutes. But guess what? You know how usually wisdom tooth extractions result in pain and swelling? Zero swelling, zero pain. I didn’t use the recommended pain pills afterwards, because I didn’t need them. I thought, “Maybe it was a fluke. Sometimes treatments go better than usual, right?" When I got my other 3 wisdom teeth removed 2 weeks later: Zero pain, zero swelling. Even when 1 of my wisdom teeth had gnarly roots that made it particularly hard to extract, the process was still quick and there were no aftereffects. For the expertise required to pull that off consistently, despite complications, I have to give 5 stars. But couple that with incredibly patient and kind attitudes of the staff, they more than deserve their high ratings. I seriously recommend going here.Posted on Google

They used a scanning tool to recreate my tooth so they could make the crown. My permanent porcelain crown was designed, made and inserted in less than 90 minutes total. I would have never known if Dr. Le hadn’t taken the time to thoroughly review my X-rays. His recommendation was a bone graft which would fix the problem. The procedure went well and Dr. Lee made me comfortable and provided the best services while he was working on my tooth. The dental office is very clean and nice. The receptionist is always welcoming and very helpful when booking appointments. The office also has a snack bar which I thought was a nice gesture for patients. The dental assistances are also very professional and always provide great services. I highly recommend coming to see Dr. Le and his wonderful staff. He does many procedures and is always a joy. The new office is high tech with the latest Heath IT integrations. For sure 5 star services! You won’t regret coming here as a new patient.Posted on Google
