Dr. Lam has been practicing orthodontics since 2003. He received his orthodontic training and DDS degree from New York University College of Dentistry, and his Master of Health Science from Johns Hopkins University, School of Hygiene and Public Health. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from the University of Maryland.

Many patients have developed a fondness for Dr. Lam due to his down-to-earth nature, primarily because he always speaks his mind and shares his feelings from the heart. Dr. Lam dedicates himself to his work and always treats his patients to the best of his ability.

Dr. Lam also dedicates his remaining free time to his family, which includes three children. He enjoys listening to old records of his favorite albums and singers.

Dr. Zhanna(Janna) Ali is an accomplished Dentist with extensive experience in various dental procedures. She is renowned for her compassionate care and expertise in cosmetic dentistry, including veneers, crowns, bridges, root canal treatment, tooth extractions, bone grafting, implant placement, and implant restoration, as well as full mouth rehabilitation. Dr. Zhanna is a certified Invisalign® provider.

Originally from Ukraine, Dr. Zhanna earned her first Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry, furthered it in General Dentistry Residence at the Regional Medical Hospital in Moscow, National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education in Kiev, Ukraine, and Ukrainian Ministry of Health – Postgraduate Continuing Education in General Dentistry.

Dr. Zhanna Ali holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Her dream was to change the way patients experience dental care, and she worked tirelessly to reinvent the patient’s perception of what a great dental appointment could be. With over 25 years of experience in the field, Dr. Zhanna brings a wealth of knowledge and a patient-centric approach to her practice.

Dr. Zhanna speaks Ukrainian, Russian, and Arabic, which helps to serve more people in the community by breaking language barriers.

Together with her husband, she enjoys traveling to new countries, indulging in diverse cuisines, and spending quality time with their friends. Together, they love hiking, yoga, and meditation.

Dr. Le was born in Vietnam and migrated to Virginia with his family in 1993, where he has lived ever since. He attended Annandale High School and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from George Mason University. After writing computer code for a while, Dr. Le decided to pursue a career as a dentist. He then graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 2008 and began his dental career in 2009.

Dr. Le believes in technology to bring more quality and predictability to his treatment. He is also a firm believer in the idiom “practice makes perfect.” Over a decade, he has taken numerous continuing education courses to advance his surgical and full-mouth reconstruction skills. He has successfully performed thousands of dental implant procedures, as well as E.max ceramic veneers, crowns, and bridges. He was awarded one of the best 40 dentists in America under 40 years old in 2016.

Dr. Le is a seasoned boater. He enjoys cruising and fishing along the beautiful Potomac River and Chesapeake Bay with friends and family on the weekend. He has four daughters and hopes they will follow in his footsteps one day.

Mr. Santos has designed and fabricated thousands of custom, beautiful, all-ceramic E.max crowns over the past 15 years. His meticulousness to detail, coupled with a passion for his career, has brought many happy smiles to our patients. We call him a "super assistant" because of his extensive knowledge in all aspects of dentistry.

Mr. Santos holds a Class II dental assistant accreditation, the highest form of training and achievement an assistant can attain. In contrast, a vast majority of dental assistants out there do not have this certification.

As a father of two children, Mr. Santos dedicates his free time to raising them and living his life to the best of his ability, setting an example for them to follow.

Dr. Alexander graduated in 2023 from Boston University's Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. During his time there, he was involved in several projects that focused on helping underserved communities in Boston. These wonderful experiences led him to an externship in Providence, RI, where he got to work as a public healthcare provider.

He’s genuinely passionate about dentistry and believes in the importance of improving how people view dental health. Through education, he aims to change any negative perceptions about dentistry and make it a more welcoming field.

When he’s not in the dental office, Dr. Alexander loves playing golf, kayaking, skiing, and spending quality time with his family and two adorable dogs.
